Duo Simplicia is a bespoke side table manufactured entirely from steel and composed of two fully functional components that can be separated and reconfigured. The design is based on a precise construction logic, allowing the elements to be used together or independently to adapt to different spatial requirements.
The surface is finished with an ultra-thin wax coating that protects the steel while maintaining its raw, untreated character. Depending on the intensity of use, the finish either remains stable or develops a natural patina caused by controlled oxidation of the metal. Seamless welded joints ensure structural integrity and result in a monolithic appearance, emphasizing material honesty and manufacturing precision.
